Johnny White's Sports Bar & Grill
720 Rue Bourbon
New Orleans, LA 70116
(504) 524-4909
They opened their doors over 19 years ago, and they've never closed them since. Even Hurricane Katrina didn't slow them down. In fact, they we're the only bar that was open during and just after Katrina, and they became a place of escape for police, locals, and new crews in the aftermath. They also became a distribution spot for food, water, and pet food. Johnny White's is dog-friendly and they even produce their own Canine Calendar, and all proceeds go to rescue dogs in the French Quarter.
